Floss is the stage of an external canister that silts up first. Water clarity goes before flow does, so by the time the return is visibly weaker the pads have been overdue for a while. These are the official replacements, sized for the chamber rather than cut down from a sheet.
Pack size follows the model: 1000/1400 L/H packs supplied with 3x foams, 2000 L/H’s supplied with 4x foams.
