A hang-on-back filter depends on one foam cartridge, so once that foam clogs or starts to break down the whole unit loses its bite. This is the spare replacement filter foam for the AllPondSolutions 500-HO+ and 800-HO+ hang on back filtration models.

Foam for the 500-HO+ measures (L x W x H) – 8 x 6 x 3.5 cm.
